Whale Done! The Power of Positive Relationships is a book by Ken Blanchard, Jim Ballard, Thad Lacinak and Chuck Tompkins. The basics of the book are geared towards people and are similar to what we teach owners to teach their dogs: reward the positive and ignore or redirect the negative. As a play on words, the book constantly encourages the reader to tell people "whale done" instead of well done or nothing at all after observing positive behavior.

The trainers at Mutts With Manners encourage you to read this enlightening book and find a way in your own lives to tell people (and animals) they've done something worthy of a Whale Done! Each month we let our clients know of a canine deserving of such recognition.
